Magical , one of the...

Liked: The location at Belongil Beach and away from Byron town centre. We never went into town.
Disliked: There is nothing to not like. The only very small criticism was the coffee in both the room and restaurant was sub standard. However there is a cafe nearby.

Beautiful, Peaceful Oasis

Liked: Elements is a beautiful spot on the outskirts of Byron. The cabins were so peaceful and well designed for privacy and comfort. We loved the adults pool, great bar, lovely comfy cabanas and perfect temperature. The beach spot is nice too. We hired bikes for our few days in Byron which was brilliant for getting in and out of town with the Easter crazy. Easter is not for the faint hearted in Byron but for Bluesfest this was the perfect place to stay.
Disliked: We were allocated a stupidly small car space (70) that we basically couldn’t use so used the housekeeping space. You should change these over. No one other than a tiny hatchback could have fitted in our spot.

Liked: Loved the daily morning yoga session. The pools and facilities were great. Overall a super experience.

Liked: Far exceeded my expectations. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom luxurious-including very nice and plush towels. The service was spectacular in the restaurant, reception, beach and golf cart service. This resort is 5 star!
Disliked: It was all perfect. And I am super selective and picky about resort selection.

Passable

Liked: The rooms were really spacious and clean. The amenities were good and the kids loved the lagoon.
Disliked: Some of the staff were pretty rude, especially one of the men behind the counter at the pool cafe. We were told not to worry about booking the restaurant for dinner then when we turned up we were told there wasn't room the accomodate us. There was melted ice cream and crap everywhere around the lagoon pool - this could have been kept a lot cleaner / neater. The waitresses around the pool were absolutely fantastic, but were run off their feet // it was obviously understaffed. Adruna was particularly fantastic.
