Liked: The staff was excellent as was the breakfast. I appreciated the tea coffe and water available at all times.
Disliked: Everything is so expensive, I just find it was a higher price than what we usually pay, we were a group and should have been offered a group rate.We did not bring our small puppy as the dog charge is way too high, it was cheaper to get a sitter.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Coffee terrible, very weak. Clean and staff was friendly. Location was good for my needs and lots of shopping in the area for food/staples.
Disliked: The bathroom floor is dangerous. It is extremely slippery when there is any kind of water on it. Definitely signs should be put in the bathrooms stating floors slippery when wet.

Disliked: Sometimes a smell of smoke in the bathroom…possibly coming from the vents? Phoned front desk and it was looked into

Liked: Room was bright, clean, and comfortable. Very helpful staff.

Great for a long term...

Liked: It was very clean overall. The hallway carpet looked a little worn but otherwise very clean and new. The kitchenette was clean and had lots of utensils to use
Disliked: I felt that it was very dark. It could do with a lighter hallway colour and even some lighter colours in the room. The sofas in the room were also a bit worn.
