Not worth the money, and...

Liked: Location and staff
Disliked: After a difficult day, I decided to treat myself and stay at a fancier hotel than I’m used to. I ended up paying almost $600 USD and that $600 USD got me a room with a shower that was so dirty/worn I didn’t even feel clean afterwards. The handheld shower head was filthy and horrible water pressure. Also, filter on the blow dryer was coated in dust. But the biggest issue was how much water spilled out all over the bathroom floor. Seems like safety hazard if someone has any mobility issues.

Definitely will be back

Liked: Room and view was amazing. Very clean and comfortable. Loved all the amenities. Walking distance to metrotown mall so good for the teens. Nice to have a kitchen too.
Disliked: Water pressure in shower wasn't the best.. but hey we were all the way on 18th floor.

weekend at the element

Liked: room was nice and the location was good walk to the mall and surrounding area
Disliked: breakfast changed from last time we went it was still good just didn't have the bacon or sausage
