Liked: Breakfast atrocious. Eating area not clean, food was 4th rate, stations not kept supplied- eg coffee dispenser, cream etc
Disliked: Everything- majority of staff disinterested, unhelpful, one was really surly, noise, heat vent in room blew directly on you in bed. Ridiculously expensive

Liked: Everything. It was quiet the staff was friendly and the room was clean. I initially booked for 3 nights and extended my rooms for one more day and it was quick the staff were more than happy to help. Definitely will stay again.
Disliked: No complaints at all.

Liked: Nice new looking hotel and the young woman at the front desk was super nice and helpful!
Disliked: Breakfast was mediocre, the room service wasn’t up to standard, noisy rooms and only one elevator. The stay was good but not the stars this hotel claims to be.

Disliked: we didn’t stay , i got charged more than what i booked ! the manager was very nasty and disrespectful . i would never BOOKE HERE AGAIN !!

Disliked: They downgraded my room to a standard although I paid for a suite. No pillows or lines provided for pull our bed even after multiple requests and til second night at 8pm. Couch, pull out mattress coated in mattress and food. Food wrappers under end of counter. Bathroom floor floor sticky and coated with dark hair. Called and walked to front desk multiple times over 2 days. End of 2nd day I came back to hotel around 3 to read then nap( or so I thought) because I didn't feel great. Nothing was done. Back to front desk "So sorry, going to send someone right now and credit your account to the convention promo rate for the weekend at least!! So sorry." Back upstairs....I read for 20 minutes....OVER 4 more HOURS later a young gentleman shows up (NO Nap!!) saying it was the 1st time he heard of any issues. UGHH. 3 week now and to my astonishment, I have still not received my billing adjustment!!!!!!!!! Not sure if I should mention the nasty eggs.
