Disliked: I recently stayed at this hotel and would like to share my experience:At check-out, I requested a receipt for my stay, but the front desk informed me that since I booked and paid through Booking.com, the platform should issue the receipt. This is the first time I’ve encountered such a response, as most hotels I’ve stayed at still provide a receipt upon request.Upon check-in, I was informed there would be an additional parking fee. At check-out, I was given a receipt showing a $30 CAD charge for parking, but I later noticed that my credit card was charged $50 CAD. This discrepancy was unexpected and disappointing.The air conditioning in the room was extremely noisy—so much so that it felt like I was sleeping inside a factory workshop. I set the temperature to 25°C, but the actual room felt much colder, more like 20°C.On the positive side, the hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making transportation to and from the terminal quite easy.Overall, in terms of value for money, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The experience didn’t justify the cost.One small convenience: the room was equipped with kitchenware, which could be useful for families planning to cook during their stay.
