Liked: It was very quiet, and large also right across the street (walking distance) to the airport, the facilities are 24 hours and the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful
Disliked: The breakfast had a lot of options but not a lot of healthy alternatives or stuff the younger kids like

Disliked: The fire alarm woke us up at 6am.

Liked: Accomodating and friendly staff. Newly renovated rooms and cleanliness.
Disliked: The only way to enter was through the front door. You would have to walk around in case your parking was at the back. The nearest emergency doors didn't have a card reader to open to access the building.

Liked: We loved the location for viewing planes. The room was nice! The staff were friendly at check in and check out, and also very kind to me prior to coming. I had reached out to ask if we could get a room looking at the airport for my 8 year old son, and they pre-selected one on the top floor for us. Very kind and made my sons whole day. The lobby is beautiful! The Moments restaurant for dinner was very good. Reasonably priced, and the power bowl I ordered was the best I ever had!
Disliked: Did not like the breakfast at all. Not kid friendly. There were wraps, but they were not warm. My children won't eat wraps with kale, etc. Most continental breakfasts have trays that have scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, homefries or pancakes. Also, there is almost always a waffle maker. There is usually a fridge with yogurts of different varieties, but here there was a big bowl of yogurt... open to the air... and one flavor. The fruit seemed to be canned fruit. Again, all in one bowl. The bagels and muffins were also open to the air and therefore stale. Very very disappointed. For the price point of this hotel, I would expect FAR better. Fire alarm went off at 6:30 am and the entire hotel was evacuated. No explanation was given at checkout or at all. Guests were clearly tired from that, and a later checkout should have been offered, even half an hour to an hour. Parking is $28 a day! Did not see that anywhere when I booked!! Pool deck needs cleaning. Hair everywhere. The day we arrived, as well as the next morning when we used the pool so it wasn't cleaned. Also, my daughter slipped on the top stair of the pool (shallow end) and cut her back. The stairs could use to have a bit of grip to them.

Liked: Beautiful HotelVery clean, only 5 minutes walk from Airport, great staff and service, good facilities, nice restaurant with good food and atmosphere, good selection of drinks at bar, big comfortable room with fridge, microwave, flat screen TV, walk in shower, again good facilities, nice breakfast in the morning, shuttle bus every 30 minutes to Airport but just as easy to walk. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
