Liked: The cocktail was very invitingThe hot breakfast was interestedIt was sad to start at 7:00 am on week end because we could not enjoy it . Because of our early flight

Nice hotel but not really...

Liked: Room was nice and pretty. Front end staff was extremely helpful and nice. Loved the snack times but wished they would have told us in advance.
Disliked: Dishes hadn’t been washed yet wiped out and put back. Pool was so cold kids didn’t last 15 minutes! Lady cooking breakfast was very rude about what she would cook for you! It was her way only pretty much! Valet prices were a bit high.

Liked: So clean and the staff were amazing and so friendly I would for sure give them a 10 out of 10 and then some. The room was amazing we loved it.
Disliked: Nothing it was perfect

My stay was decent

Liked: I loved the location of the property and the upkeep. I appreciate the front desk staff for being polite and accommodating my first room smelled like cigarettes I was quickly given another room and given a drink coupon for the rooftop bar.
Disliked: I didn’t like that my room was never cleaned for the 3 days I was there when asked if I could have turn over service I was refused and told they only do it every 3 days. The rooftop bar needs security there are some unsavory characters walking in off the street coming in.

Great location, parking was easy...

Liked: The location was perfect as a launching point to see the city. It is directly across from Alamo Drafthouse and Food Hall that is fun. The breakfast was good and the size of the room was great. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Only option for parking was Paid, either Valet or building parking, that is charged $28/day. Metered street parking was the only other option.
