All good. Fine-tuned for business...

Liked: All good. Seems fine-tuned for business travel clientele. Amazing breakfast, bar good, layout good, firepit, complementary bikes (which we used), tea in the evenings. Quick check-in and check-out for me. I am recommending this hotel to others traveling from my company. I can't wait to stay there again.
Disliked: My ankles got bit up my first night in the bed, and were itchy for a few days. Felt like mosquito bites. I don't believe it was bedbugs. I found a spider hanging around the bed area later that morning, could have been the cause? I didn't mention it to the front desk - hoping it was an isolated incident.

Will not be back to...

Disliked: There were four of us, three booked on bookings.com, the other through the Marriott app. We got there around 10pm and the guy who booked through their app and had a confirmation number didn’t have a room…..they over booked. He had to go to a Double tree down the street. When he came back the next morning and talked to a manager the guy actually said, “when I left we were at 100% not 101% and was not accommodating at all. Don’t think we will ever stay here again, will stick to Hilton properties where they take care of you much better.

Liked: It was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly.

Happy to stay with family...

Liked: Traveling with our (older, less mobile) mother, this was a good option for us so we could be near her in the night.Beds were very comfortable and we appreciated each of us having our own bathroom. We were pleased to have a kitchen & comfortable couch.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have another easy chair for better conversation in the living room. The chairs at the table were not very comfortable. No backs on the chairs, really more like stools.

Disliked: - denied early check in, our room wasn't even ready at 4, they had to switch rooms - super loud neighbors above- didn't get us a pack n play, but didn't tell us they didn't have one for hours. They said they'd give us things to make a bed on the floor for our 11mo, but all they sent was one thin blanket. Very poor service.

Well worth the value, with...

Liked: Breakfast was great, the location was conveniently by the mall, and it was close to the airport. The rooms were very neat and I definitely felt like I got a lot of value and it was well worth the price. Only thing I would change is that there is no shuttle to or from the airport, but again, it is relatively close for an Uber.
