Highly recommended for your visits...

Liked: Very friendly and helpful professional employees, hotel rooms were very cleaned decorated nicely. Air conditioning was perfectly adjusted in rooms without any discomfort to the guests but always cool. Parking place 15 USD per day and very convenient.
Disliked: Breakfast options can be more for dietary restrictions.

Nice calm, comfortable, clean hotel...

Liked: The hotel was clean and comfortable. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. I can’t comment on the hotel restaurant/bar or the free breakfast because I didn’t partake in those but the bar looked nice. We were in Reno for a tournament and the location was convenient to the convention center. I enjoyed our stay and would stay again for the next tournament.

Excellent hotel with complimentary great...

Liked: The complimentary coffee in lobby. The ice cold water and cups at the elevator. I liked the always stocked basket of good green apples. The cleanliness of the lobby. The central location: near grocery store (sprouts), fast food (pollo loco), skiing (mt rose).
Disliked: They didn’t stock our bathroom with shower gel or shampoo. No room housekeeping until the third day.
