Overall we had a great...

Liked: Location was amazing. Our view of City Hall made our stay extra special.Service was great! I stopped at the desk a couple of times with general questions and the staff were courteous and always willing to help.
Disliked: I was disappointed in the hot breakfast. It was out of coffee when I went to get some (-around 9:40) one morning and then out of waffles the next. Keeping up with it seemed to be a challenge. The sausage did not look appetizing. My son noted it was gross and we are not a picky family. It seemed to get special. decimated by the crowd which gave me concern for cleanliness.

Total disappointment

Liked: They cancelled my booking. They never answered to my messages to change the dates and when I arrived in philadelfia there was no more rooms left for me.
Disliked: Totally unorganised and most room you can't open windows

Exceptional

Liked: The breakfast was great, their was even fruit available during the day and it even had a little store you could buy meals to cook in your room or drinks etc.

First visit to Philly

Liked: Good location, ameneties, and very walkable
Disliked: Bed was not comfortable and hardly any silverware.

Great location, very helpful staff,...

Liked: Included breakfast was good and convenient. Very good shower and shower products. Outstanding desk staff! Great advice and help.
Disliked: The flat bathroom sink is very unappealing, drains water etc. too slowly, too shallow.

A Good Option with Limits

Liked: The hotel is nicely located with spacious rooms, good mattresses and healthy breakfast options.
Disliked: The staff in the dining area seemed to resent having to serve. For example, when I needed the table cleaned for breakfast the staff person looked at me with a look that I interpreted as "are you waiting for me to clean this?" When another person spilled their orange juice the staff stood by and watch them try to clean it up with napkins. Otherwise, the room service was offered on a third day without any replenishing of papers cups, teas or towels. Only two paper cups were supplied, two towels and two coffees for the three days for a couple. It should not be up to paying guests to ask for supplies.
