Liked: Comfortable bed, quiet hall, quick elevators, nice bar attached, close to venues, newer building, felt safe
Disliked: No bottles water available. Longer breakfast would be helpful too! Staff seemed confused, unenthusiastic, and inefficient.

Liked: Very clean and very friendly staff. The free breakfast in the mornings is amazing! Wonderful pool perfect for my daughter and they have fire pits and a beautiful gym, a bar and a mini store! What else do you need? Can't wait to stay heee again next time I'm in town
Disliked: Could hear people while I was in my room. Woke me up a few times, I guess the walls are a little thin. Ask for a room that doesn't face the hway, or will be a lot more quiet

Liked: Our day here was to go to Legoland and Sea Life. This is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. The facilities were brand new. We got a king size suite, which came with a full-size kitchen, which was very convenient to cook in. The beds were very very comfortable, and the pillows were amazing. It also came with a pulled out couch for two people to sleep in. Breakfast Was phenomenal! Potato casserole, sausage wrapped pancakes, oatmeal, biscuits and gravy,yogurt with fruit and toppings, apple juice, orange juice - it was all great! If we are ever in Kansas City again, we will definitely stay there, knowing we will sleep well. By the way, the pool was heated, and the room was warm even in January. highly recommended!
Disliked: It was expensive, but worth it.
