Liked: The breakfast was great.
Disliked: The sofa bed was uncomfortable.

Our stay was incredibly comfortable.

Liked: The hotel was very nice and clean. Close by the stores and Waterpark. The staff was amazing. I highly recommend and this will be and my family stay hotel everytime we visit.
Disliked: The beds could have been a little more comfy, but they were still to a good liking.

Liked: The shower was fine
Disliked: The fact we were 6 in one room and had to remind staff we need blankets and towels for 6 instead of 4 every day. The fact that breakfast did not meet our standards with often not having bagels or milk for coffee. The sofa was not comfortable nor representative for kids under 7, which felt every qioul in the mattress, unbelievable for this kind of establishment. The self service drying machine just kept our clothes damp, and was not performing as expected. Bottom line 6 of 10.

Overall, the stay was great!!!

Liked: The breakfast was good! Didn't expect all the different options. Love the crepes and the mini eggs, and chicken sausage. The yogurt bar was amazing!!!
Disliked: I thought our bathroom was going to have the black toilet but it was only in the suite. But when looking on the website it didn't specify that. So, when I made the comment of making sure we had it and we didn't. The response was will make sure you have it when I book online.
