Liked: Room layout, size and amenities. Heavenly bed, full kitchen with dishwasher. Oversized shower and large screen televisions.
Disliked: Power outage created departure issues in getting our car back from valet parking. The almost hour wait impacted our arrival time to a wedding. Valet service was a bit understaffed on the weekend given the number of people in the hotel that had to use this service.this was further compounded by the power outage. The Valet service staff was hustling to deliver customer service doing the best they could under the circumstances. Additionally, bathroom shower water was ice cold. Not sure if it was due to the power outage or not. Had to take a very cold shower . Did like this at all. Never heard what caused these issues.

Liked: The stay was great. Hotel was very clean. The bed was AMAZING it was very comfortable. We had an amazing stay.
Disliked: We did not like that we had to pay additional for parking. 40$ a day for Valet parking.

I would not stay there...

Liked: The room was nice and big. Bed was comfortable Front desk staff was nice.
Disliked: The restaurant staff was sub standard. The food in the restaurant (Bur bun) was absolutely terrible and very high priced. The atrium style of the hotel makes for a very loud environment especially when children are present.
