Nice hotel but don't expect...

Liked: Property was clean and well-maintained. No complaints there. Staff was fine… Not overly friendly but not rude either.
Disliked: The hotel was advertised as having a restaurant… It does not. It has breakfast served in the morning, which I did not have because I had to leave early but would've loved to grab some food in the evening. Had to go across the street to the Holiday Inn. They do have a restaurant.

Hotel great. Staff - rude...

Liked: Pancakes were very good but small. The room was great - large, wonderful shower, actually cold mini-fridge, great mattress. The pool was beautiful and my room overlooked it. if I hadn't been so exhausted I would have taken a dip! The bartender was very friendly (pinot grigio wasn't very good, though).
Disliked: Staff was horrible. They charged my debit card the morning before I was to arrive even though I had chosen to pay at the facility. I called to explain that I had used Booking for years and stayed at this same hotel before and hotels across the US and in Montreal and NYC and never had this happen. He argued with me that he was right and everyone else at every other hotel was doing it correctly. He said i could switch it when I got there. He was incredibly rude and hostile. I even took screen shots of Booking's payment policy and my confirmation details to show him. When I got to the hotel a different clerk took my other credit card and said she would switch and the charge would drop off my debit card. Not sure what she did during the 10 minutes she had my card, but the charge never dropped off my debit card. Every question I asked her about anything else she had no answers - didn't appear to know much of anything. She was very nice, though. When I checked out the next morning the first rude clerk was on duty again and continued his hostility. As I left I said I couldn't stay at that hotel anymore and he just said "Great. Have a nice day.". Sounds nice in print but he didn't say it nicely. I tried to stay polite and the snarkiest thing i said was asking him if it ever occurred to him that since he was the only one doing things this way, maybe he was the one doing it wrong? It wasn't that I COULDN'T pay with my debit card but I hadn't planned to, nor had this ever happened, so it was a shock.

Liked: Clean and close to airport

Clean, comfortable and super-close to...

Liked: Very nice rooms, comfortable beds, and very close to the airport.
Disliked: Unexpected charge to park that wasn't actually disclosed but just appeared on the final bill.

Very poor

Disliked: The hot water did not work. The sheets for the pull out bed were dirty and there were cheerios left over
