It was nice but would...

Liked: The staff was nice and accommodating. It looks modern.
Disliked: We stayed in room 148 and to begin with, the bathroom looked dirty. There was hair from people before us, the drain cover was extremely filthy and there were visible stains on our towels. This was pretty bad in itself, but the worst part was the banging sounds from the drains during the night. Once at 9 pm, 3 am and 4 am, to wake up anybody. The breakfast while in itself pretty decent, was pure chaos. Not enough seats for the people wanting to eat, every station so small that people were always on the way. The first morning there was almost no yoghurt left at the yoghurts cart, no bowls left at the cereal station, trash cans overflowing. The silverware is next to fresh cooked meal station, which is also incredibly inconvenient. While the hotel looks very nice and modern, it needs a bunch of work in the sense of coordination.Also I wish if they put on booking.com that they have a crib it would be a crib and not a Pack and Play. For again such a nice establishment, a crib shouldn’t be such a huge investment.

Liked: This is the second time we stayed at this property, and there is a reason for that. It is an awesome location, and the property is excellent. Everything is well maintained, and the staff is super friendly, including the restaurant and bar staff! This is my first choice when going to Moab.

Liked: The facility and amenities were great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Even helped me with a little later check out due to plans that changed.
Disliked: Wall’s had a few dings and scuffs.
