Liked: Accessibility to arches. Made to order breakfast. Lemonade available throughout day. Quality of bath soaps. Room details. Pool towels (though we never used pool, thought this was a nice touch).

Overall a great stay, however...

Liked: The facilities were new and clean. The pool area is amazing!!!! Separate Cabanas. Waterfalls. Large Hot tub. Overlooking the beautiful red mountains.
Disliked: Front desk Staff was not too friendly. The manager came up to solve an issue and he took care of it but not very personal at all. The check in clerk and the morning check out clerk were very impersonal.

Liked: We loved the location, the indoor restaurant and outdoor pool. Breakfast was included with great selection of products for everyone. The room was clean, bed comfy and kitchenette was a great add on. There is a laundromat available on the property which we used. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Element Moab is Conveniently located by The Arches National Park and scenic 128 byway. Loved it and will gladly come back.
