Liked: Simple yet classic decor. Lots of room in our suite. Loved having a mini kitchen. The staff was phenomenal.
Disliked: The overhead lighting was too dim in our suite. Also, the bathroom needed more towel racks &/or hooks.

Beautiful hotel and location.

Liked: We had a fantastic stay at the Element Hotel in Moab! The rooms were modern, clean, and incredibly comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making our experience even better.Unfortunately, due to a family emergency, we had to cut our trip short and cancel the rest of our stay. Donald at the front desk was absolutely wonderful—so kind, understanding, and incredibly helpful in handling our cancellation. His compassion and professionalism made a stressful situation much easier for us, and we truly appreciate his help.Even though our trip didn’t go as planned, we were so impressed with this hotel and its outstanding service. We will absolutely be back in the future and highly recommend the Element Hotel in Moab to anyone visiting!

Liked: Clean, spacious, high ceilings, great hot tub, close to town and Arches, comfortable bed
Disliked: Nada

It’s kind of funny actually...

Liked: The blueberry sauce for the pancakes was cold.
Disliked: Hospitality. Echoing rooms. Loud truck noise from the road. Elevator bells singing every time someone went up/down that travelled into the rooms. The nearby exit door slamming as folks walked in and out, that sound also travelled into the rooms. Poor quality. Flashing fire sprinkler system right above the beds, poor design.
