Disliked: The floor I was on was pet friendly, I wasn't made aware of this. The dog was yapping all morning on the day I was checking out. When trying to call reception to let them know, no one answered. Furthermore I have allergies to dog fur. My eye flared up on the second night of my stay and I was extremely itchy in the bed all three nights. Not sure if this was related to the pets on the same floor or just the bed. I called reception and spoke to management twice after my stay to come to some sort of resolution. That was a month ago and I haven't heard back from them. Extremely disappointed with the professionalism.

Superb

Liked: Excellent hotel with great amenities. We needed to leave a vehicle earlier in the day before check in and staff were very accommodating. As a bonus we were also able to check in early saving time later in the day. Friendly staff proactively offered a umbrella on our way out and the included breakfast was excellent. Will absolutely stay again in future.
Disliked: Only downside was the in-room AC was not very effective in cooling down our room.

Disliked: We couldn’t seem to change the temperature. It was 20-22 all night and we were much too warm.

Liked: food is fine. location is convinient to the event we attended.
Disliked: pillows are not comfortable. linen with unpleasure smell.
