Liked: Breakfast was expansive. Beds were extra comfortable. Room size was great too. Location was great despite not being in the CBD. I highly recommend commuting using the Rideshare bikes and scooters along the river for a very scenic view.
Disliked: The hotel got rid of the Nintendo room since we were last there - that was our favourite. The breakfast options also weren’t as good as previous - missing the hash browns which were my favourite part. The hotel also had issues with fulfilling requests. Asked for an extra bed in a separate booking, staff were aware of it, but upon entering the room the bed wasn’t there.

Disliked: 1 lift out of action for entire 6 days that (we know of), and no stairwell offered for people who had to ascend/ descend just 1 floor. The waiting times for the lift during peak check in & check out times were ridiculous. This is an example of the hotel managers not thinking about their customers first.Very ordinary coffee bean used at the cafe where we paid for the coffee. Melbourne has a reputation of good coffee, this was far far from it. It’s the beans, they are old & bitter dark roast, not light roast & fresh. Barista just needs to taste their own product….There is no conveniences store/ stocks available to customers, the hotel location has no stores nearby, any nearby cafes are closed on week ends. You are up for a $30 Uber at least to go-get supplies. This is an example of the hotel managers not thinking about their customers first.
