Overall my stay was decent.

Liked: I enjoy the atmosphere of Element, it was very quiet during slumbering hours, the room was neat and tidy.
Disliked: I disliked the customer service on this visit, associates weren’t as welcoming and warming as usual.

Liked: Location was fantastic
Disliked: Although the room was clean, several issues with the room. The drapes were torn, the shower door wouldn’t close, the sink drain was missing and throughout the hotel there were chunks and patches on the walls making it look incredibly disheveled. I would be fine if this was a holiday inn express and I observed these things, but this was a high price tag for a room that clearly has seen rough days.
