Not accommodating

Liked: I had to move from the 3rd floor to the second floor because we had a roach in our room. They wouldn't not even accommodate us for the inconveniences. They said the roaches comes out when the rooms are sprayed. They didn't even give me a credit for having to change rooms. Won't stay there again.

My favorite hotel experience so...

Liked: This was my favorite hotel experience so far. Shout out to Rosa and Blanca for their exceptional customer service. I had a really bad day in checking in with Rosa was so pleasant. And then waking up to speak with Blanca made it even better. So clean and so comfy! God bless this property.

It was OK, but not...

Liked: Convenient location, looks clean, but bathroom there are ants , shower water was black when you first turned on , let it run few minutes. Breakfast was not fresh…..
Disliked: Checking staff was not that friendly….

Great location, clean, and will...

Liked: Location, and parking. People were excellent.
Disliked: Parts still under renovation, and breakfast was cold. Possibly due to Thanksgiving holiday. No ice machine available. WiFi Very Slow.

Smelled like mildew

Liked: Close to the office
Disliked: My room wasnt clean, white paint (I hope) stains on couch, room smelled of a leak and mildew, ice maker didnt work, and the AC unit sounded like a water feature.
