Liked: Nice area, no problems
Disliked: Extra fees at the hotel that were not mentioned in the booking. Then a 7/10 day waiting period for the fees to be returned.

Liked: Great room layout, clean facility
Disliked: Fire alarm/drill? Went off at 6:15am requiring total evacuation by hotel guests.Had to call downstairs to request sheets and blankets for the fold out sofa bed, took over 30 minutes to receive them.

No good breakfast for kids.

Liked: Every thing was good.
Disliked: The only aspect that fell short was the breakfast. There were no suitable options for children aside from cereal. It would have been preferable if items such as pancakes were available for younger guests.

Liked: The location was spot on and close enough to places of interest but far away enough to enjoy peace.
Disliked: They ran out of face towels and I had to purchase my own to bathe.

Facility very nice, but overall...

Disliked: Booking process: Booked thru Booking.com, yet when called the phone number on the confirmation email, they did not recognize my confirmation number or name. They COULD NOT locate the reservation I had just placed. Communication difficult due to language barrier - English not their primary language. Very difficult to locate a "Facility" phone number to call directly with a question specific to that facility. Two messages left on "facility" phone over several hours with no response received. Recorded message on facility phone does not identify business or location, just a generic pre-recorded "leave a message" message. Human contact at facility: Very, very little. While not offensive, unprofessional. Not sure if "staff" was actually staff, or another guest.
