Disliked: The toilet seat was loose. I asked someone to fix it and they did not. It is a pet friendly hotel and it shows there were dogs barking all night and morning

Lipstick on a PIG
Liked: Staff to include housekeeping were very sweet and helpful!
Disliked: Property is old and worn down. No money being invested in repairs and such.

Very dissatisfied
Disliked: Stains on carpet, old mildew smells in the room, no water pressure in showers, the television didn’t work (both). We asked for assistance with all these problems with no help.

Very enjoyable stay!
Liked: The location was the best. Food and entertainment were within walking distance, and there was plenty to do! The area itself was clean and welcoming.
Disliked: Nothing.

Horrible will never stay at...
Liked: I enjoyed the room I selected.
Disliked: There was a black out in the surrounding area and some stores lost power, I lost power in my room. No one from the hotel came around to assist the customer on how to leave. I understand that they had no control over the blackout. The hotel staff did nothing but say "we have no control over what happened. I returned to my room to find it still not having all of my amenities working. I was in 311 and then they changed me to room 105 which was horrible it was not cleaned properly. Not to mention before the blackout i was in my room getting dressed when hotel housekeeping knocked on my door and I informed them I am still in the room their reply" I know you are in the room do you want housekeeping" I said yes and she said " Well then you have to get out" I was shocked and said nothing. I reported it to hotel operations manager Mr. Hall who informed me he would deal with that situation. Very unprofessional. Not to mention i was left without internet, tv service for 3 days and all the staff would say " We have no control over this" As much money as Marriott Convoy charges who owns element should have backup generators. This is unacceptable and they never tried to make anything right. I will never ever stay at another hotel who is connected to the Marriott, I wrote to them on Monday night and have not heard nothing back from them. I also asked about adjusting my bill being I had no service for 3 days and I was told being that I booked through a 3rd party that is hard for them to do. Unbelievable. I am also going to write Marriott Corporate because this was horrible. Also, my toilet was backing up as well. So disappointed in the Marriot. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Kathy Morris,
