Very comfortable, good customer service.

Liked: Spacious and clean. Good breakfast.
Disliked: It is hard to get into the parking lot! Your GPS should get you there, but once you see the hotel from the road, it’s parking lot doesn’t connect to any of the logical turns off the main road.

Beautiful hotel but…

Liked: Beautiful hotel with enough room for my family.Friendly staff
Disliked: Pool was not open or told to us until we asked.Should be made public. I would of chosen another facility.Huge stain on one of the beds and a blood stained towel.

Exceptional

Liked: The rooms were comfortable, the staff were overall great, and the location is nicely tucked away from the busy street.
Disliked: Pool wasn't available for use, but it didn't affect us much.

Adequate hotel. Needs to update...

Liked: Breakfast was adequate. Grab and go fruit and pastries.
Disliked: Overall hotel was acceptable, however, the pillows and pillowcases smelled TERRIBLE. I suspect they provided a new pillowcase cover, but the actual pillow and additional cover which were enclosed likely hadn't been cleaned properly in years.

Perfect, if you visit somebody...

Liked: Excellent breakfast, specifically the omelette with lots of greens. The hotel was also helpful when I made a double booking. Thank you. The size of the room was perfect for a family of 3. Thank you overall.
Disliked: I was looking forward to the swimming pool. I understand if it is not environmentally viable, but then please do not announce it on booking.com.

Very happy with how clean...

Liked: This is the cleanest hotel I've ever been to. Staff were amazing and so attentive to the smallest of needs.
Disliked: I wish they had a restaurant within the hotel since it rained most of our trip.

Disliked: The is the second year in a row the pool was closed.
