Nice Hotel in Downtown Bozeman

Liked: The location and staff were wonderful. The staff was very friendly and let us check in a few hours early. The location was perfect and allowed us to enjoy downtown as it is in walking distance of everything.
Disliked: The walls are very thin. We could hear everything above and beside us. We were woken up several times by noises from the people above us.

Liked: We received fantastic service and support from a front desk staff member named Leah. She was extremely knowledgeable about hotel services and things to do in the local area. Plus she microwaved popcorn for us. All was very much appreciated.

Great location, good rooms, friendly...

Liked: Great breakfast! Friendly staff. Our pet was welcome.
Disliked: Didn't know we had to pay for parking. The $10/day was a surprise. Also, the power went out in our room on the first night for several hours. I would have hoped that the manager would offer us something- a free drink, free parking, something for recompense. But no offer was made. That's pretty bad form!

Liked: The breakfast area was crowded, and with the counter space limited it was hard to manage. We were in a hurry to leave to beat the weather, so we probably didn't give it much of a try. The coffee was hot and good.
