Why Concert-goers love it

You’re just minutes from popular venues around the Seaport and downtown Boston, but far enough away to enjoy a restful night’s sleep. The hotel’s 24-hour front desk and relaxed vibe make it easy to come and go on your schedule, while the late 12:00 pm checkout is perfect for a slow morning after a high-energy show. Plus, with bike rentals and public transport nearby, you’ve got plenty of ways to get around late at night.

Travelers also rave about the proximity to downtown and the airport, making it easy to get in and out for a concert weekend.

Areas for Improvement

Some guests mention that the hotel is a bit tucked away from the city center, so you may need to plan a ride or short drive to reach some venues or dining options. Also, while the food market is convenient, those looking for room service or a full restaurant on-site might find the options limited.

Room was nice and comfortable....

Liked: The room and bathroom were large. The bed was very comfortable. Staff was mostly friendly.
Disliked: It was about 1 mile from the actual seaport area, located in a run down industrial area. Walking to the seaport area or closest subway stop didnt always feel super safe. We originally were given a room that was much smaller than what we booked. The front desk staff was very condescending and tried to deny me the room I booked, also telling me they were full. I can't remember her name but she said she was on the finance team made it right, she contacted booking and put us in the room we reserved, but not without added stress on check in. Also, the carpet in the hallway had many stains, I'm assuming because it is a pet friendly hotel.
