We've stayed here twice now...

Liked: I love the kitchen area in these rooms! I love the big refrigerator with the freezer! I just love everything about this hotel! I love that there were two desk areas so both my husband and I could work. The couch was comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great. The breakfast was fabulous. The staff was exceptional. I wish there were Element hotels all over so that we could stay in there every place we went! I would never stay in any other hotel chain!!
Disliked: I'm not a big fan of the luggage carts. They are smaller than the typical cart and since we were traveling for 3 weeks we had quite a bit of "stuff" so we had to take 3 trips instead of 2 which we would have done with normal carts. But that is NO BIG DEAL.

Clean bright hotel near mall...

Liked: Clean bright and close to the mall of America. Their breakfast is quite good. I waited in the lobby for a few hours after checkout as I had a late flight, and I was very comfortable with the availability of water, coffee, and snacks. Friendly staff. Perfectly location across from the train station.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Proximity to the mall of America was great
Disliked: Had to pay extra for parking.

Amazing it was my one...

Liked: Staff was very polite and help with any problem we had but there was none.
