Excellent hotel, but really needs...

Liked: Always a nice hotel. Very clean, nice amenities, nice staff, right next to Mall of America. I've gotten this hotel twice before and will continue to reserve it every time I want to come to Minneapolis.
Disliked: Unfortunately, they had a party for a large number of kids in the lobby, and their screaming put the trip off to a bad start because it was hard to think to even check in. They really should have a party room and not just use the open lobby.

Overnight Shopping/Fly

Liked: Proximity to airport and the Mall. Rooms laid out nicely..loved the room.
Disliked: Front desk staff is inattentive to guests. They don’t acknowledge people , they are slumped over looking at screens. They actually are borderline rude. Evening reception is a joke and was put out late as was breakfast (the hot part). Front doors stay locked until 6:00 am..at 6:30 still locked “yea, that sign needs to be changed..you’re not the only one”. It’s time for some standards at the front desk.

Good place for a stayover...

Liked: Perfectly located hotel a few steps away from mall of America, easy to get to from the airport by tram, friendly staff and nice vomfortable room with a kitchen area. Very good service at the recemption which helped me with extra luggage for a few days before arrival.
Disliked: Swimming pool area was not as good as e xpected (small and not very appealing) and breakfast was not a proper breakfast in my eyes, not much to choose from and served in the reception area.

The staff was very amazing...

Liked: The breakfast was good and the location was good
Disliked: Ran out of eggs every day and some had black spects in them and some did not. And no it was not a spice.

Liked: Beautiful hotel that’s is very nice and clean. I would definitely go back.
Disliked: Staff could have been more knowledgeable on that parts of the breakfast were gluten free and safe for someone with celiac disease to eat. There wasn’t much for options and they didn’t seem to show much care or interest in looking into the subject for us.
