Liked: location, clean and bright, I like the decor and the beds are very comfortable.
Disliked: some things are starting to look a little worn, they put us in a room where a painting had been ripped off the wall, supposedly just the night before. The desk clerk wasn’t very helpful when my reservation had a glitch and had me go online myself to fix.

Disliked: Pillows were horrible. Four of them, but all flat as a pancake. Check in was difficult because the clerk couldn’t find my booking.com reservation.

Liked: Nice hotel.
Disliked: I was double charged and can’t seem to get credited for it. I paid through Booking.com and they charged me again at the hotel. They don’t seem to know what they are doing.
