Liked: Loved the place. Booking wouldn’t extend my stay one day. I did so by contacting the hotel, and they accommodated me. When I tried to explain it to Booking customer service, the person I was speaking to hung up on me. So … less likely to use Booking in the future.
Disliked: Property lively! Booking not so hot.

Liked: The hotel was nice, clean and in a great location. Plus it was affordable. I’d stay here again.
Disliked: The fan in the bathroom didn’t work that well but other than that the room was great.

Best hotel experience in Bend...

Liked: The pool and gym were great. Loved the room. The studio was perfect for our family of four. Will stay again.

Nice hotel

Liked: Everything was nice and clean. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Breakfast variety was great.
Disliked: The train that kept blowing their horn. The hotel was super close to the railroad tracks. The pillows were extra soft and not supportive.

Best hotel I stayed at...

Liked: Really enjoyed the free continental breakfast and the stay. It was one of those hotels that you could stay in for a long time and feel as comfortable as staying at home.
Disliked: It was way too white on the inside. Everything felt a bit too sterile for the most part, but I really enjoyed my stay in Bend and this was the best hotel.
