Wonderful modern property perfect for...

Liked: Modern hotel with suites/mini suites and excellent public areas and facilities. Active individual look with great art work emphasizing bicycling and outdoor sports..Cooked to order breakfast every morning plus fruit yogurt cereal etc. Perfect location across the street from one of Bend’s many riverfront parks, easy walk into downtown. Easy highway access to the areas many attractions. Best place to stay in Bend.
Disliked: nothing

Great few days in Bend

Liked: Great find close to the walking trail into town. Perfectly clean and comfortable with friendly staff who were very welcoming. Slept so well. Bend is great too. Highly recommend

My annual trip to Bend...

Liked: I love this place -- perfectly located, comfortable, great breakfast and afternoon refreshments. The rooms are so nice. The staff is very friendly.
Disliked: The hotel has washer/dryers. They are coin op, and in order to get quarters, you have to have cash to exchange. I wanted to put it on my hotel bill, and I had no cash. Not possible. You know, a really nice perc would be if a guest is staying two or more nights, let them have a free wash/dry - or eliminate the coin op part of it altogether. What are the odds someone is going to bring tons of laundry and abuse the perc? Other issue - no spare roll of toilet paper in the room, which I noticed one evening, and I was getting low. I called to the desk and was told I could come to the desk to get a roll of toilet paper. I said I needed them to bring it to my room as I was ready for bed. I think it would be kind of customary for a guest to call the front desk for necessities and those would be delivered to the room as a matter of course. Last -- breakfast bus tubs were overflowing quite a while before breakfast service was over. These are fussy observations, I realize, but I love this place so much, I want it to not miss a trick!

Would look forward to staying...

Liked: Terrific location, next to the park and river walk! The daily breakfast was very good. "Happy Hour" and complementary wine and beer a treat. The shower was excellent. I was worried about the pet policy due to allergies, but the entire facility was very clean and I didn't have any issues.
Disliked: Always wish the window(s) would open for fresh air. Coffee could be stronger. Could use a pot holder in kitchen area.

Comfortable, fun, and I’ll be...

Liked: It was clean and located close to downtown so a quick walk to shops and restaurants. Staff were also friendly.
Disliked: There’s construction going on and walking downtown there was a bit of a detour. Otherwise it’s great. The hotel itself there are no complaints.

Wonderful stay

Liked: The room was spacious and complete with kitchen and fridge. The bathroom also spacious and comfortable with nice shower. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, I am to the point of purchasing the same pillows at the Westin website. My room was facing the Pioneer Park and I feel so relax every morning doing yoga looking at the beautiful trees and listening to the birds singing. The breakfast is complimentary and it is very good and healthy choices from hot tacos to fruits. Coffee, tea and water with fruits infused are 24 hours and they put some green apples too for snacks. The lobby sitting areas and sitting areas outside with campfire is beautiful and great place to relax. The hotel is walking distance 15-20 minutes to downtown. I love to walk from Pioneer Park to Drake Park, it's very beautiful and peaceful. I feel my 5 nights stay is not enough in Bend.
Disliked: Unfortunately there's construction on going near the road there causing detour but there is no noise of disturbance of that.
