Duel pre-authorization comprised my stay

Beautiful and comfy but smelly

Liked: It was beautiful and clean, and the location was great. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: I have allergies, and both the Courtyard and the Element made me feel sick. I developed a headache, too. I have to say that the Element was less smelly and didn't bother my allergies as much. And luckily, I was staying in the Element. I don't blame this location, but the Marriott brand needs to do better. People with allergies cannot not stay at their hotels because they are too smelly. In their effort to bring people to their hotels, the Marriott brand has excluded a group of people, people with allergies

Disliked: coffee in room was horrible.

Liked: The property was okay and the staff were good. But they charged me after we checked out the same day and a week after they charged me the exact same amount from my credit card. I called the hotel never answer and when my husband called they denied the charges when it is obviously showing their hotel name and told us to wait then hung up.

It was ok

Liked: The bf and location was grand, my issue is with the room I requested a king and received a queen our refrigerator smelled horrible and did not work
Disliked: The room size and the refrigerator did not work

Liked: Nice area, bed was very comfortable and the shower was very nice
Disliked: Bathroom sink had very low water pressure. “Engineering “ showed up late one evening to fix my remote which did have some lag but I had not reported it
