Excellent comfort with a smile

Liked: Everything from front desk to room to housekeeping was fantastic. Very nicely done room. Couch by the window was a delight to sit at in the evenings. Beds and linen was fantastic and so comfortable.
Disliked: Breakfast, although great spread, was a bit monotonous with almost no change in the menu for the 14 nights stay. Boring. Would have been nice to be able to order some ala carte items but system wasnt setup to enable that. Not a big issue on the whole.

Clean rooms and hotel outside...

Liked: The rooms were clean Breakfast was brief but has everything you want The hotel is far from downtown but it’s good for whom want to visit tourist attractions outside Amesterdam
Disliked: They took 100€ / room as an advanced insurance deposits and they didn’t refund back till now ( already 11 days past since checked out ) However i send them a message but still waiting for the refund

Very good

Liked: Good location, clean and spacious rooms. Pet friendly with the kitchenette was great for us, travelling with a small dog.
Disliked: Parking facilities and charges could be better.

Liked: It was very comfortable apartment for a family of four with teenage kids
Disliked: The kitchen appliances were not properly cleaned especially the microwave.It’s a bit far from the subway, but that we knew when we booked it.

Perfect place to (re-)discover Amsterdam!

Liked: Everything from the moment entering the hotel. All the staff, the room with great bathroom and perfect beds, rooftop bar, breakfast, …. It was a perfect stay.
