Heater didn't work. Maintenance people in and out of room. Finally moved us to new room around midnight.

Liked: Great food at the steak house!
Disliked: Dated; sparsely supplied room.

Liked: Everything was great from the valet parking to the security etc.

Liked: Street view...The Row experience Lost my credit card & reading glasses. The Security Division was most pleasant and attentive in assisting. Although my items were not found, a full report was made. CC was frozen.
Disliked: No heat to room first night arrival after 700pm. Maintenence notified early next am. Too exhausted to deal with workers after trying to adjust system several times. Problem could have been avoided if Management would check all rooms to be sure all systems are operational particularly in 36 deree weather before releasing for occupancy.
