I would never stay there...

Disliked: I was under the impression by the pictures they had posted online that the facility was renovated. However, it was raggedy and falling apart on the inside the rooms were no good and were not properly clean. There was sand everywhere and I didn’t even go to the beach. Even on the bed.

Liked: They take advantage of people paid for a room that was unfortunately far from my location caked company to cancel bcuz of distance wasn't able to stay..... and instead of refunding me my full about bcuz they don't have a non refund policy they refunded me $10 this place is a scam.... will never stay here they are dishonest

Disliked: Underlying new charges that were not outlined in the booking when we got to the facility, we We're told us that we will be charging an additional $10 per night parking. When we ask them just for like general, things like a Do Not Disturb sign. They told us we did not have one. We were not alowwed into the parking lot until pretty much halfway through our stay. After we were charged for parking, which was an additional like a fifteen minute walk from the hotel itself. We were told there was breakfast with our stay, but we had to go to a different hotel for breakfast, which we were locked out of that hotel until midway through breakfast. In addition, there was a single microwave for the whole complex, which was in the main office meaning there were lines.Just do heat up food they had a sign on the door that's the checkout was 12 noon when we were packing up to the leave, we reserved received a knock on the windows. Telling us it was time to leave. We were already trying to pack to leave.This was way before eleven and noon

Liked: The room was filthy. The whole room was sticky and reeked like smoke even though I booked a non-smoking room. The bathroom was falling apart and the cabinet was boarded up. The entire situation was disgusting. I had to leave after the first night and find somewhere else to go.
Disliked: The room reeked of smoke even though I requested non-smoking. They charged me $20 for parking even though it said it was free on Booking.com.
