Eldorado Hotel & Spa

Would not recommend the restaurant but definitely use the hotel.

Liked: Check in was quick and easy; very friendly.
Disliked: Restaurant was overpriced with little to no choices on menu; manager told waiter to not give us a simple menu.

Disliked: Communication left something in room as my head wasn’t all there as lost my dog at home whilst staying in hotel so was very upset and still not been contacted from lost and found

Perfect vacation place to stay

Great stay in the heart...

Liked: Great location, spacious room, nice pool and hot tub area.
Disliked: For a hotel this nice, there should be a separate pool area for kids. The first night my husband and I went to enjoy the hot tubs there were babies in diapers in the hot tubs with their parents. There were kids running everywhere and screaming and splashing people in the hot tubs. Not quite the "vibe" you want for a hotel like this one.

Liked: Great location and comfortable bed, staff was very helpful and friendly
Disliked: Like most hotels the doors do not fit well and it can seem at times that people talking in the halls are in your room.

Liked: The location was close enough to walk to almost everything.
Disliked: There was nothing I didn't like
