Disliked: This hotel is terrible. It double charged me for the resort fee of $35 twice. I called, and asked for refund. They never got back to me. The area is not as good as other downtown hotels of similar price point. Stay away this hotel.

Liked: Very clean and comfortable and location was perfect to walk to ever in the downtown area.

Very nice hotel, great location

Liked: The fire was nice, valet staff was very friendly, as was the guy who helped us get our fire going. The front desk receptionist was not as friendly.
Disliked: Carpet and rooms a little out of date

Disliked: Was sent away from the restaurant the first night we arrived … too crowded so we had to go find another restaurant

Liked: Wonderful luxurious, comfortable and quiet. Center of the plaza area we walked to everything. Valet included in price of the room.
Disliked: Bathroom could use an exhaust fan, one lamp was broken.
