Eldorado Hotel & Spa

Would not recommend the restaurant but definitely use the hotel.

Liked: Check in was quick and easy; very friendly.
Disliked: Restaurant was overpriced with little to no choices on menu; manager told waiter to not give us a simple menu.

Would stay again

Disliked: It was very noisy this stay.

Superb

Liked: Great location, big rooms, very friendly staff.
Disliked: The WIFI was slow and kept cutting out. The carpet by the elevators was stained and dirty (at least in the floor I stayed on).

Decent

Liked: The staff were friendly and accommodating, it’s a very easy walk to the plaza and all the shops.
Disliked: Some parts of our bed were broken, the tiles by the pool were loose and not grouted. If you pay for a fireplace you can only use it if the wind is pretty much nonexistent.Overall the hotel feels like it’s kind of mid renovation and everyone just decided that was good enough, a tremendous amount of “almost” awesome.

Liked: The spa and pool were actually heated and usable. Very nice outdoor pool and 2 hot tubs.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Excellent location the staff was great especially Marissa at the front desk, she definitely knew her stuff.

Generally a very good place...

Disliked: Good place to stay but the thermostat/controller did not work. Too hot in room so just turned the controller off and opened a window.

Comfortable hotel in a great...

Liked: The Eldorado Hotel and Spa was comfortable and in an ideal location. The Plaza was an easy 8min walk away. The valet parking was very convenient. Staff were very helpful.
Disliked: Unfortunately we had not been warned that the pool and hot tub would be under construction the 2 nights that we would be there. Thankfully, we were upgraded to a room on the 5th floor that gave us a balcony so at least we could have a place to sit outside.
