Heater didn't work. Maintenance people in and out of room. Finally moved us to new room around midnight.

Liked: Great food at the steak house!
Disliked: Dated; sparsely supplied room.

Liked: Everything was great from the valet parking to the security etc.

Disliked: Our sink broke and was sledding in the bathroom for a day and a half. We're still waiting for Bookings .com to respond to our email to see how they want to handle it or refund or so.

Liked: Casino was pretty, although very confusing at first. Room was mediocre, but clean.
Disliked: Everyone at the front desk needs to find a new job where they don't have to be around people. Also the people at the Ceasars Reward, very unhappy people. I wouldn't even bother with the rewards, after 2 days of gambling I think we had a total of $10 combined towards a breakfast before we left. We checked in at 1 and were charged $40 for early check in, seriously, if the room was ready there is no need to nickel and dime your guests, especially with their attitudes! At night be careful in the parking garage, zero security and people doing drugs and digging through garbage. Reno is sadly very dirty with homeless people and drug addicts everywhere.

Disliked: The room. Woke up at 2 am with ants in the bed on the walls and all over the nightstands. We ended up checking out at 3 am and not staying our next night.
