Heater didn't work. Maintenance people in and out of room. Finally moved us to new room around midnight.

Liked: Great food at the steak house!
Disliked: Dated; sparsely supplied room.

Liked: Everything was great from the valet parking to the security etc.

Liked: Easy location to find, with good access to parking.
Disliked: Elevators in both the parking garage and the Virginia tower were very slow. Only one elevator was working in both locations, resulting in LONG waits for an elevator. The room decor and furnishings are old and tired, and the rooms need a facelift, especially for the prices guests are paying. Not a good value for the money. Food venues are overpriced. Even the gift shop charged $7 for a bottle of domestic beer - serious price gouging. The casino makes enough money that prices on smaller items like food & beverages shouldn’t be sky-high.
