Heater didn't work. Maintenance people in and out of room. Finally moved us to new room around midnight.

Liked: Great food at the steak house!
Disliked: Dated; sparsely supplied room.

Liked: Everything was great from the valet parking to the security etc.

Disliked: Our little room was packed away in a corner on the 9th floor. At 10PM, loud Rap music was coming from the wall by the bed. We called the main desk 3 times and security twice. Security came to our room around midnight and heard the loud music in the wall. They said there was nothing they could do because it was coming from the other side of the wall on the outside of the building. We didn't fall asleep till after 2. We talked to the manager at the hotel desk the next morning. All he did was apologize and said there was nothing they could do. We will Never go back there !!
