Located in Downtown Reno, Eldorado Resort Casino features 9 unique, award-winning restaurants, a centerpiece fountain, free airport shuttles and an 81,000 square foot casino. Heater didn't work. Maintenance people in and out of room. Finally moved us to new room around midnight.

Liked: Great food at the steak house!
Disliked: Dated; sparsely supplied room.

Monday night is not the...

Liked: Location great, staff helpful, nice little casino, nice affordable valet
Disliked: Weird confusing in how to get around hotel. Needs bathroom update - raised Toliet please. All the restaurants are closed on Monday - terrible terrible idea. We did find some, but come on it’s Reno. No coffee available or breakfast in the hotel???

Liked: Beds are comfy. Rooms clean. Staff nice.
Disliked: $39.00 fee to check in early when rooms are already clean. Shower in room 911 was leaking when on. $15.00 fee to retreive your car.No buffet!
