The hosts have good local knowledge of the area and have walking and holiday information folders for guests' use. Exceptional

Liked: The hosts were super and very friendly, breakfast was amazing
Disliked: Our room was on the top floor up several flights of stairs, which was extra effort with cases

Fabulous B&B stay with delicious...

Liked: Delicious, relaxing breakfast with hot and cold options using local ingredients. Quality tea, coffee and hot chocolate selection in the room and at breakfast. Perfect location, only a 5 minute walk to the town or a 10 minute walk to Lake Windermere. The parking on site although small, was a huge bonus. Extremely clean everywhere, great service and friendly hosts, Andrea and Giles. We will certainly book here again for any future trips to the area.
Disliked: We loved everything but perhaps remind guests on arrival that they will need to request to service the room / restock tea and coffee area - it is stated on a leaflet in the room but unfortunately we didn't read it thoroughly until it was time to leave!

Brilliant.

Liked: Perfect location. Very clean, Great shampoos/soaps and teas etc. Owners very friendly. Great breakfast options.
Disliked: Nothing.
