Perfect Hotel in Oberhausen

Liked: Everything about this hotel was exceptional... from the friendly lady on reception who spoke perfect English with me and allowed me into my room early (give her a raise/bonus!) to the free tea and coffee area in the lounge, to the super clean rooms with excellent sound proofing.I could not fault this hotel and I will stay there again the next time I am in town.Danke shun!

Liked: Everything was great. The only thing I need to point out is the A/C. I reported that my a/c wasn't working, so one of the lady from the front desk came to my room and tried to adjust it but it did not work. She told me if the a/c didn't work i could just easily open the windows. I need to give a shout out to leana she did a great customer service to my entire family.
