Disliked: The jacuzzi faucet wasn't working and for the other room. The bathroom sink was clogged.

Liked: I loved how clean everything was and there was no cigarette smoke smell anywhere. Staff was friendly and prompt when we needed anything. Will definitely be choosing the Elara next time we are in Vegas!
Disliked: The only downside is the early checkout time. Being able to extend that to noon or 1pm would have been really helpful with the event we were out there for.

It was a okay experience
Liked: The location was perfect. I love the elevator experience. Fast check in and great customer service at front desk experience.
Disliked: The rooms are overpriced and the interior is outdated.
