I WAS OVERCHARGED> DISPUTE on...
Disliked: VERY UNSAFE STAFF - The lady who checked me in placed in a room booked by a man with the same last name as mine. That staff did not even apologize for her mistake. I would have waken up the next day seeing a stranger in my bed!!! So, make sure your last name, first name, middle initials - are thoroughly checked by the person who checks you in. They can room you together with a stranger because they are CARELESS!

Love this hotel
Liked: Very convenient location. Walking distance to the City Center, Ballagio, etc. Many good restaurants withing walking distance too. The room is very spacious. The hotel is family friendly. It does not have casinos!
Disliked: The only downside is the room has minor leftover cooking smell.
