Liked: The staff was very pleasant and our stay was great; the hotel is clean and the breakfast was good!

A nicely updated and comfortable...

Liked: The location was as expected. The rooms we were in are nicely updated with appealing furnishings. The hotel is finishing its refurbishing with some details needing final attention, i. e. three items needing to use a two outlet receptacle. If we travel to this area again we will use this hotel.
Disliked: The tv remote needs an explanation sheet. We don't watch much tv but would appreciate seeing local weather and news

Disliked: It is a building site as it is under renovation . Noisy and smelly No breakfast facility

Nice stay for a night.

Liked: Close to Taco Bell, Chipotle. Nice and clean, balcony is nice. Bathroom is nice and a mini fridge is an extra plus.
Disliked: Sketchy fellas walking across the street at restaurants, no parking so parking on the street can be sketchy. AC only goes down to 67, barely feel it.

Rooms put into service prior...

Liked: Under renovations. There was no restaurant facilities or breakfast.
Disliked: Iron in room but no sign of ironing board, room felt like it had been put in service before renovations completed as there was a recess for mini fridge however nothing in the recessed space. The sink plumbing in bathroom was horribly slow to drain. Odd policy for rubbish. Details of which were included in stay instructions. Overall an extremely expensive stay for an unfinished property.

Liked: The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were kind too.
Disliked: There was no working airconditioner in the room during hot weather, and a very strong chemical/paint smell that we had to air out. The hotel is also under MAJOR construction which was not mentioned anywhere until after we paid for the (non-refundable) room. We also didn’t receive any room service, even though we were asked and had said yes.

Disliked: Still waiting for my deposit as they told me 2-3 working days now it’s almost over a week
