Liked: From what I could see (as a general manager in the hospitality industry), a good amount of money and time has been spent on the rooms themselves as well as the overall concept of the hotel/restaurant
Disliked: From what I experienced, there was a little or no management oversight resulting in some of the staff treating the restaurant/bar as their own private party with more regard given to their bar customers (friends, or follow employees?) than the folks spending $500 a night for a room. We were staying in a room adjacent to the interior bar. The bartender had people sitting at the bar, speaking very loudly and the music playing very loudly. When we very politely asked the bartender to quiet things down the bartender made it clear that wasn’t going to happen and we would just have to deal with it until her friends were gone. The next day we mentioned the issue to the one person who was left in charge. While she did apologize profusely, and give us a $100 gift certificate, the same turn of events happened the following night. At this point, we did not even use the gift certificate because it became apparent that there was no management on, and we did not feel comfortable, trusting in the kitchen staff. My overall impression was that the inmates are running the asylum so to speak

Lovely inn close to everything....

Liked: Great location, fun vibe! Bar, restaurant and food was very good! Staff was very sweet! Very clean! Maid service was excellent.
Disliked: When I first booked it, I had a payment issue and the woman at the inn who answered the phone wasn’t any help because she said I booked it thru a third party-which was booking.comOur room was on the third floor, four flights up. There was no offer of help with our bags. There were no brochures for vacationers about restaurants, shopping etc.
