Liked: The hotel is ideally located close to the centre. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Our room was nice and clean although a little dated. We were very happy with the facilities.
Disliked: We were content.

Liked: The location was great because my main purpose was to visit Loretto Chapel
Disliked: They could have given complimentary water the second and third day. It was a bit cheap of them by not doing so.

Disliked: Provide a good healthy breakfast; less processed foods. More fruits and yogurt.
