Liked: was clean, the beds were extremely comfortable.The location is very convenient, making it easy to get around and access nearby places. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable experience — we’d definitely stay here again.

Liked: Excellent welcoming staff that even remembers what kind of car you have 7 months after last visit! Always feel safe as a solo traveler and close proximity to Universal Studios is why we stay here.

Exceptional holiday

Liked: Excellent place, we were there for five nights room was spacious and very clean , Xavier at the reception very nice and kind man always there and helpful for anything we need.Location near universal studios and one metro station from walk of fame, groceries shops and restaurants few minutes walk.Free Parking and WiFi .

It’s a bargain for the...

Liked: The location is great and very close to local attractions including Universal Hollywood. The property gives off classic Hollywood vibes while the inside of the rooms are modern and refurbished.
Disliked: The parking is a bit of an issue with tight spaces and it would help having multiple exits as the lot looks like it’s designed to do so. The price is a little much but it’s worth it for the location.

We had a pleasant stay...

Liked: I really appreciated that the room was very clean and that there were both a microwave and a refrigerator so we could have meals in our room and save some cash. The staff were very nice, and the coffee in the lobby was hot, fresh and STRONG! I would stay here again.
Disliked: The staff were all very nice, but they didn't seem to have a manager on duty in the morning so when I locked myself out of my room I had to find a housekeeper to let me in. Also the 10am checkout seemed a bit early to me considering check in is at 4pm and there are only a hand full of rooms. I was in the room when they cleaned one day so I know it can be done well in very little time. These are small things though.
