Crooked and Confusing

Liked: They were kind enough to look after our bags. As we flew in earlier earlier than their Check-in time.
Disliked: They must not have used a level as everything is weirdly crooked. Sinks, light sockets and switches very weird. Check out time is 10 AM and at 10:05 They were pounding on the door, asking us when we were leaving. Desk guy was friendly but also a little strange.The blinds don't keep the sun out, so if you're used to sleeping in a dark place, bring an eye mask because the sun beams through the blinds in the morning.Other than that and only one mirror at the sink, making it difficult for more than 1 female to get ready for the day, it was great.

Great place to choose for...

Liked: We stayed at this hotel for the second time. Didn't disappoint again. Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable beds. We walked 15 minutes to the Universal Studios shuttle. Th staff decorated our room for our daughters’ birthdays (Thank you guys, you are awesome!)
Disliked: Everything was good

Exceptional

Liked: Absolutely immaculate rooms, fresh flowers & air conditioner on ready for us arriving. Reception staff so helpful. We also had our hire car, it was parked in the gated parking lot, really safe. Easy walk to Universal Studios in a well lit area. Would definitely stay again.

Nice Quaint hotel

Liked: Very clean hotel. Parking in front of your room which is a major plus in that area. Very friendly staff. Even have flowers on your pillow.
Disliked: Noone is at the desk for check in until after 4pm

Great value!

Liked: The hotel is near Universal Studios, and it was very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The room was very clean, but some parts of looked old (worn wood and molding, stuff like that). That being said, the value was good so can't complain much about this.

Liked: Free parking. Loved the kettle and microwave in the room in addition to the fridge..
