Liked: The staff was amazing so friendly and caring like you were staying at a friend's house. The room was nice and quiet and the shampoo was really great. Location was so close to Universal. My son and I really enjoyed our stay!

Great location, really nice staff,...

Liked: The location was really great; we were able to walk to Universal Studios in about 20 - 30 minutes (there is easy access to the free shuttle at the bottom of the hill if you’d like too). There were also a few stores and small food places within 5-10 minutes of walking. The staff was also very friendly; even though their check in time is until 10:00pm, they were extremely kind and understanding and waited for us to help check us in after that (we just called them ahead of time to let them know our flight was sadly delayed). The room itself was also very modern, clean, and comfortable! Even though we forgot to hang the service tag on our door, they still came and cleaned our room on our first day. It was always nice coming back to a freshly cleaned room! We can absolutely see coming back and staying here again in the future!
Disliked: For the type of stay (this place has a more motel type of appearance from the outside), there’s not much we can think of in terms of what they can change.

Liked: Clean, friendly, big rooms and good parking. Excellent if you’re planning on visiting universal studios
Disliked: It was pretty perfect, given the price point!
