Disliked: The limited office hours concerned me in the event we had an issue but thankfully we didnt

Disliked: The TV was broken and had a double screen when turned on! I asked for it to be fixed or have us (my family of 5 with 3 children) moved to a different room and neither could be done. On the second day they said the TV could not be fixed because the cable company was the issue and only affected 3 rooms...to make up for this they gave me a $15 discount for each night. The morning we checked out we talked to another family which had the room next to us and they said their TV was fine and had no issues... Our room was not clean. There was mold on the window seals and in the bathroom, the toilet leaked and soaked my daughters socks, the beds were dirty. The second morning my 8 year old said she woke up to someone yelling and fighting next door on the opposite side around 3am. I highly would not recommend this place!

Liked: Convenient. Friendly staff. But very noisy in our room, loud pipes in the restroom and very loud on the property with vehicles and ppl.

Great location, great price.

Liked: Location was great for universal studios it was right down the road, the room was clean and nice.
Disliked: my only complaint is that we got a mattress that was super loud, every time we sat or got up from it, it sounded like it was rubber squeaking. Other than that it was comfortable.

Liked: What I dislike About The property it’s When I approach To The Place nobody Was There to Give me tue key they asked me to drive to another hotel close by to get the key which was wasting Of Time
