Exceptional

Liked: It was clean, it had a nice modern touch and the beds are so nice and comfortable.
Disliked: I liked everything about it.

Great location, feels very secure....

Liked: The rooms were big (we stayed twice) and bathrooms were big. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Minimal lighting in the rooms, we found them very dark and hard to find items in our luggage. The mattresses were hard, to the point where we were waking up with aches and pains. Pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable.

Personal was friendly, spacious rooms...

Liked: Love housekeepers honesty. I forgot my watch at the hotel when I checked out. Came back several hours later and the housekeeper stored my watch for me.
Disliked: I didn’t like the food at the restaurant. It wasn’t fresh.

Superb

Liked: Location, very centric next to metroBus, several restaurants and taco places
Disliked: Nothing in particular, facilities were a bit old but very clean and tidy

Disliked: The paid breakfast and the dinner experience was not that good. Go elsewhere (so many closed places) to find very good meals and less expensive one’s.

Enjoyed our stay!

Liked: The room and bathroom were bigger than expected! The beds were comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was nice. The a/c worked good and kept the room nice and cold. Location is great when attending games because it’s only a few minutes away from the stadium. There are a lot of food places and stores around.
Disliked: A mini fridge would be a great addition to the room.

No assistance from managers when...

Liked: The room
Disliked: When I arrived at the hotel I had my Costa brand sports glasses worth 250 USD with me and I left them on the counter, and I forgot them there when I went up to my room. I returned in the morning and asked them to check the cameras to see who took my glasses, but they couldn't help me, so I left the hotel without them.I left a letter for the manager, checked the surveillance cameras and was able to see who took my glasses, I arrived with glasses and left without them, and no one could help me at checkout.
