Disliked: FILTHY ROOMS!!!!

Disliked: Incorrect room reserved Expected 2 bed with reservation only single bed room, hotel would not change Not enough eating locations Long wait time for only restaurant available

Liked: Free parking and the mattress was comfortable.
Disliked: Non-smoking room that had been smoked in as the scent was incredibly heavy. Bathroom fan worsened the smell. Very cramped room space and bed was a double not even a queen.

Disliked: Prices in the restaurant. Front desk told us for parking go left then left nothing was there it was right then right. Room had no chair only bed for sitting, bed frame too big for mattress my leg ended up bruising husband tripped and fell. Shuttles limite

Liked: The location and remodel were great. The staff were nice and the other guests fun.
Disliked: Bathroom had no hand towels. Had to request those. Hotel guest get free parking at the garage across the street be a disconnect between the two. I was charged twice for parking and had to push back w/hotel reimbursement. The street construction outsi

Disliked: Food selection, only the one restraunt. Would like to see another little cheaper one also.

Liked: Early check-in, clean sheets, shower pressure (well,when I finally able to get the water temp correct. There was no rhyme or reason to where the hot and cold water was. You turned it one way and you got hot. You turned it the other way and still hot.)
Disliked: Dirty grimmy floor, no cold water, AC was difficult to control appropriate setting.

Liked: The room was clean and the hotel staff was all very friendly
Disliked: Nothing that I wasn't prepared for. Great location for everything so that means it's noisy, but that's understandable and nothing against the hotel.

Liked: We were stuck in the back next to all the noisy nightclubs. OLD. Shower was filthy. Towels from previous used guest were still left on bathroom floor. Front door did not latch. Wrap around outdoor balconies was outdated and dangerous.
