Liked: Super friendly staff! Loved the Ormond Beach suite, perfect for your family of 4 with plenty of space. The location was excellent 1.5 miles from the amusement boardwalk. Thanks again great getaway:)

We had a great Fourth...

Liked: The location and the staff were awesome
Disliked: I was supposed to get ocean view instead I got a room that was on the side of the building. Also the beds were Murphy beds and that’s not what was in my picture and they were so uncomfortable and their TVs are all not updated.

Weekend family almost relaxation vacation.

Liked: Location was great
Disliked: The hair dryer had bare wires. The exhaust fan in the bathroom and shower area did not work. The cleaning maids came into our room after day one and took our towels. But did not leave us any to replace them. 3 phone calls to the front desk, and an hour later, we finally got some. Day 2 evening another guest above us was smoking a cigar on the balcony. Later that evening was lighting fireworks from his balcony. This was not a hotel issue but just a guest with no brains.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Pictures online do not reflect the actual property. Microwave rusted, stove rusted, mold on ceiling, paint peaking off walls, doors not sealed properly, rust spots in bath tub, not enough washer and dryers, outlets didn’t work, pools were very dirty, elevators were outdated. Not enough handicap parking for larger vehicles. Rooms are extremely small, much smaller than pictures online.

Disliked: Breakfast could have had a couple more choices.
