Amazing!

Liked: I loved the ocean view. Housekeeping was amazing! One lady in particular was very helpful and always made sure we had clean linens. I never caught her name, but I do know she’s been there since September. She deserves a raise! I have a large family..I traveled with 2 adults and 5 kids and I love the fact that we were all able to sleep in one hotel room and have plenty of space. The beds were super comfy.
Disliked: While the beds are super comfy, I’m not sure the point of the closet that acts as a headboard? There is a big gap between the bed and headboard because of it so all your pillows fall between the gap at night. I had to take couch cousins to fill the gap. Also the elevator is very slow.

It was disgusting

Liked: It's un construction, there was mudding/Stucco being done all around the elevators all the wood boards outside the building, raw sewage coming up from ground for the entire time, I had them redo my beds they smelt, it was a hazard to stay there. I've tried talking to them many times and have been ignored. I took another couple they left. It was.my birthday and Anniversary it was a horrible place, I had stayed before, but it's disgusting. I feel we need a refund. But again I've contacted them 5-6 time they said contact you. It should be a violation to be openPlease help us out Gail Haynes at [email protected] ot 904 377 3975

Very poor

Liked: I love that it was close to the beach- they allowed us to check in a few hours early.
Disliked: the room was not was pictured in the photos - I actually felt dirty going in- i sat on the bed and sunk on side and sprung on the other- the bath tub was rusty AF- id literally need a tetanus shot after showering - the pool was muggy- we checked in at 2pm - went to the beach and checked out by 5pm same day-

Liked: Nothing at all except that it was located on A1A
Disliked: The cleanliness, the safety, the staff. There were bugs in the bed. The door jam was coming apart with visible screws coming out of the actual wall. There were multiple stains everywhere on beds and kitchens. The kitchens were not clean. The bathrooms had mold and rust all over. When we told the front desk staff that we didn’t feel safe they mocked us and acted like it was no big deal.

Never again.

Liked: Location was about the only good thing.
Disliked: It was outdated. Things didn’t work. Doors didn’t shut properly, the elevator was very scary and slow! Just overall gross! Our room had a very bad odor and wasn’t clean. Roaches on the outside (thankfully) of our room everywhere.

We had so much fun...

Liked: It was clean and in a great location. Multiple pools to choose from and sooooo close to the beach!
Disliked: A little dated, but they’re working on upgrades.
